SB 203 -- METROPOLITAN PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT

This bill exempts food from the sales tax imposed by the
Metropolitan Park and Recreation District (St. Louis area)
beginning January 1, 2002.  The exemption uses the same
definition for food as the section that reduces the state sales
tax on food.
